Fix Actions Taken list on the Top Accounts page.

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

When Navigating from the home page, to Cloud, Top Accounts, Show All, there is a column for number of actions available. (in the old UI) In the new UI this useful column was eliminated. Whether viewing in the UI or downloading that list, the Actions taken appears to be resetting on a schedule (monthly?)  There is no ability to change the date range to show a longer period such as a year. The remaining pending actions is somewhat subjective if there isn't a baseline for how many actions were already taken. This is useful in reporting progress on the tool's adoption or to identify hot spots that need more attention.

The ask would be to add this column back into the new UI and also allow it to show more than the last 30 days.

    —[Functionality Already Exists]—

Thank you for taking the time to submit your ideas. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

IBM has evaluated this request and determined that this request is already available in the product. The column for Actions taken is in the Show all view of the Top accounts widget. The Show all table for Top accounts that gets displayed in the new UI has the first column (Name) and last column (Actions) locked so they are always visible. To see the Actions taken column, use the vertical scrollbar to go to the bottom of the table. Next, use the horizontal scrollbar to go to the far edge of the table. Lastly, use the vertical scrollbar to go back up to the row you want to view. We are also working on locking the column header row so that they will always be visible even when using the vertical scrollbar to navigate down in the table.

One additional thing to note is that the Top Accounts widget was designed to focus on real-time data, such as billed costs and potential savings. In contrast, actions taken requires historical data from the past week or month. To best understand actions that have been taken would be to use the Actions widget with filter set to Executed Actions, Executed Actions - Succeeded, or Executed Actions - Failed.

If you have any additional feedback about this idea or there is something else that should be considered, then reply to this message to continue the conversation.
