Events should not be closed automatically until the issue gets resolved

The events are getting auto-closed in Instana for all the metrics such as Jobs, CPU, etc. We want the event to be closed only if the issue is resolved in the next poll.

Real time cpu, ASP and disk utilization should be captured in event description.

Real time cpu, ASP and disk utilization should be captured in event description. For example threshold is configured for generate the event if utilization is more than 80% then what was exact utilization that time (like 81%, 83% or 87% etc)

Add an option to change the severity of a built-in events

We need an option to change the severity of a built-in event as per the requirement from the customer. As of now it's fixed, therefore Priority events are getting missed because those are set as warning. For example, message queue, Top active jobs...

Documentation on the policies created dynamically

We don't have documentation on policies Turbonomic creates on the fly based on the target environment configuration/setttings e.g. ASG, compliance policies, k8s env policies etc. Can we have this documented to understand whats learnt from each env...

the process to update the SSL certificate needs to be better supported by the documentation

Customers (not just this one) have spent HOURS in VI editing the yaml file trying to get the cert to work. This will reduce customer frustration and improve the feeling towards our product. The current documentation (which is very good ) is here -...
