Add support for the Hypervisor HPE Morpheus VM Essentials

A number of customers are migrating to HPE Morpheus VM Essentials as VMware vSphere alternative, partly supported by the GSIs or as part of Managed Services. Please add the support for this this hypervisor as it's gaining traction in the market.

Support Rollout Controller type in k8s clusters

Support optimization function for OCI DBaaS

Now, Turbonomic release preview of optimization for OCI VM and Volume. But, it have not supported OCI DBaaS yet. Customer strongly hope supporting of OCI DBaaS (Oracle DB etc) optimization like a AWS, Azure, in Business in Japan Market.
