Subject line of email alerts

We use several onprem backends. All alerts sent by Instana have an email-subject with prefix “[Instana]”. How can we modify that and/or add a label reflecting the backend-name, e.g. “[Instana-Prod1]” or “[Instana][Prod2]”?

When an alert is fired, we never know its source. Would be great to have in the Alert itself an information of where it's coming from (smart alert, builtin, custom event, etc.)
