Add support for SAP Jco connector

Adding the ability to trace the entry spans from SAP Jco connector increases the versatility of Instana. Customers can benefit from tracing additional technologies and this keeps Instana competitive in the market against it's competitors.

Please add the Workstations Status code on DWC Listing workstations. eg MDM (IJ MDEA) or FTA (LTI JW MD) BMDM (LTI JW MD A)

quick and easy view to see if the workstations have not got their correct status codes. Also we know where the EventProcessor is , without clicking multiply times to discover it. (simple GUI)
