When an alert is fired, we never know its source. Would be great to have in the Alert itself an information of where it's coming from (smart alert, builtin, custom event, etc.)

Support PagerDuty PD-CEF (Severity)

Currently when instana sends even details to PD, it lacks critical information like severity and uses a non-standard format. Ideally Instana alerts to PD conform to https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/pd-cef and include severity.
