When creating a volume scaling policy I want to be able to easily select groups for the policies in the same way as the VM policies work.

Currently I have to use a regex expression to include all the groups that the policy applies to. This is highly inconvenient as every time I want to add a new group to the policy I have to construct a new regex expression.

We want to have a version tag on the agent as well as for the sensors. At the moment agents have the version latest or a uuis. Also there is the boot version what does not have any functionality.
