Documentation for custom FOCUS data integration

Hi, There seems be lack of documentation on how FOCUS columns are being mapped to the visualisation in Cloudabillity (please see case TS019672206) Please can you update the documentation so we can use FOCUS data seamlessly.

Events should not be closed automatically until the issue gets resolved

The events are getting auto-closed in Instana for all the metrics such as Jobs, CPU, etc. We want the event to be closed only if the issue is resolved in the next poll.

Real time cpu, ASP and disk utilization should be captured in event description. For example threshold is configured for generate the event if utilization is more than 80% then what was exact utilization that time (like 81%, 83% or 87% etc)

Keep Apptio Gov Help Up To Date with Commercial

The gov version of Apptio Help seems to not get updated as often as Commercial. According to gov help on 2/10/25 (https://help-gov.apptio.com/cloudability/whats-new.htm), the last update to Cloudability was on September 30, 2024.
