Allow visibility on timed out Redis requests on the client side

In our redis client implementation instana does not trace high latency calls that raise a timeout exception. For better understanding redis behaviour these slow calls should be traced as well.

AWS Lambda ESM Support

Currently, the NodeJS instrumentation for AWS Lambda only supports CommonJS modules. As of earlier this year, AWS Lambda supports ES Modules which bring a variety of benefits. Because of this, we're having to manually trace NodeJS lambdas.
