Turbo does not support SQL database scaling actions between vCore and DTU pricing models

Turbonomics can scale up/down existing tiers but cannot change the service tier (vCore to DTU) or provision an elastic pool. Existing customer would like to use it now. Could this be considered to be an enhancement to address this limitation?
