Add tags on every level of the landscape

Please add the ability to apply tags on every level, not just on hosts. So i.e. tag a Tomcat with a specific label or tag a java process as per desire.

Dependency map service locations

Tag prefix defintion for teams in RBAC avoiding uncontrolled growth in APs
