Instana openAPI should also provide Annotation Results for a POD/Deployment

When doing a call via the Instana open API, the current Snapshots are just containing the LABELS but no ANNOTATION. It would be really good also to see ANNOTATIONS as they also contain important data.

Support for GPU instances in Azure environments
