Add a description field of at least 256 characters to Groups and Policies to allow for annotation of when and why they were created for and what other objects they correspond to.

Just as this description field is used in this idea submission, a description field in the Groups and Policies will allow us to tag them with metadata that will be useful in remembering when and why we created them.

(Public) gMSA for service accounts offer additional security and will not require manual updating of passwords. IWS currently requires standard user accounts (the Microsoft definition) to execute jobs, and not gMSA or sSMA accounts.
