Having real names against usernames

Minor thing .. when creating a user on the appliance, any chance extra fields for that users real name, department and contact details ?

"Entity Information" widget should be sorted alphabetically

This widget has grown a lot over the years and for some objects now runs off the screen. As it does not seem to be sorted alphabetically, it can be difficult to navigate and does not provide a good user experience

Allow customers to remove disassociated cloud accounts from Vendor Credentials

It would be good to have the ability to remove accounts from Vendor Credentials that are disassociated or removed from the cloud provider. It doesn't cause harm; it's a question of clean-up and overall management.

Keep Apptio Gov Help Up To Date with Commercial

The gov version of Apptio Help seems to not get updated as often as Commercial. According to gov help on 2/10/25 (https://help-gov.apptio.com/cloudability/whats-new.htm), the last update to Cloudability was on September 30, 2024.

Ability to Star Reports I Don't Own

I would like to be able to star an out of the box report without having to make a copy of it. This would be helpful in managing the list of reports and allow me to go to the Starred reports for the ones that I'm interested in.
