Built-in email notification target/workflows

Please implement a standard email notification target plus email workflows so that customers can easily implement an email notification for Turbonomic actions.

As a user I would like to push Kafka topics to multiple brokers/consumers, so that I can use built-in SaaS reporting as well as provide the data for internal BI teams

Please see attached for details for consideration. It would provide great benefit to be able to utilize kafka connectors to asynchronously push data to other consumers rather than the current 1:1 producer:consumer to data explorer today.
