Add TopN Capacity widget using percentiles for Percentage-based metrics (interface utilization %, cpu %, etc.)

Capacity planners would like to review large numbers of interfaces, devices, etc. and base their capacity recommendations on the percentage of time devices are in various performance zones (e.g. in past week, these interfaces were above 90% utiliz...

AWS EMR Cluster Support and handling

Allow for defining custom date and time formats. This should be globally or per tenant. Maybe have a few predefined formats to choose from. Maybe have ISO 8601 as the default. Let us choose the default time zone as UTC regardless of our local time zone. This should cover all places where a date and time is displayed - unless it came from an external source like in metadata. Maybe let a different format be chosen per widget if needed.

Having a consistent format across all tools would be very nice to have, so being able to define it in DI would help in that. Having everything default to UTC would be very nice since 100% of our reports are displayed in UTC and the SevOne cluster ...

Simultaneous Execution Limits per Policy - Allow setting of number of parallel executions at a policy level

This is very useful in limiting the number of actions kicked off under the same schedule at the same time. Right now all actions which the policy applies to will kick off at the same time. This means that multiple members of the same service clust...

Object Groups in the Metadata widget: Allow the source group to be a Class. Allow for a regex pattern to filter the object groups within the selected Class.

It would allow the widget to display object groups that were dynamically added. It would allow more control over which groups get displayed.

At the top of each Performance Metrics widget, have a toggle button for every feature that is enable from the Analyze widget settings tab.

A widget with many indicator rows requires clicking on each row to disable or enable them in the view. It would be nice to, with one click, be able to just turn on or off all baselines, time-over time, percentile, trend, etc.
