Being able to add AWS observer using IAM roles instead of access and secret keys.

Customers have polices to changes keys every 90 days. it will be nightmare to change observer keys every 90 days. it will would be nice to add AWS observer target using IAM role. This is a must requirement from DISH Networks to do a POC.
