Add owner of the Application Perspective in the Configuration tab

Please add the username/name of the person who created the Application Perspective in the Configuration tab, that way we know who created it. Thank you.

Add in dropdown all entity states for global entities (cards).

Currently dropdown for cards filter shows Initial Planned and Final, for non-global includes all entity states, this option not available for global entities.

Roadmap colour encoding for entity states periods

If we could have a possibility to include in the roamap the period of time when entity was in e certain state (for example hold/in progress etc) it would enhance a visibility for the entities within it.
