Give the possibility to copy/duplicate several budget lines in one action

Currently, we can only duplicate one line. Goal is to be able to copy/duplicate several lines in one action. Maybe possible to implement it with the new view thanks to the CheckBox selection present at each line ?

Exclude Citrix provision VMs from Citrix cloud in Azure resource group from the Turbonomic licensing

Azure VDI VMs do not count towards the Turbonomic license since 8.5.2 but Citrix provision VMs from Citrix Cloud in Azure resource group has calculated as of now. So Azure resource group which manages Citrix VDIs should not be counting in Turbonomic
