Enhance options to resize columns in reports

ITM 6.3.0.7 all service packs only allow keyfile.kdb for certificate usage. For automation reasons it would be very helpful to offer Microsoft Crypto Api and/or Windows keystore usage instead ITM keyfile.kdb.

Microsoft Crypto Api / Windows keystore are standards which would help to automate cerificate maintenance.

Align the data colors between 2 graphs in Container Cost Allocation >> Treemap page

The 2 visual components refer to the same data - but the colors for each component is different between them - which makes it harder for the user to track the data.

Upgrade TEPS to Websphere 9.X

Our company is restricting Websphere 8.5.X and is requiring we move all apps to 9.X, due to TEPS being integrated we can not upgrade it ourselves and require an update to the TEPS install be made.
