Container - Bin packing recommendations

Clusters could be more optimized if the bin packing was optimized. It would be helpful to see recommendations that provided guidance to more optimally utilize clusters.

Support Scaling Actions for GCP Sole Tenancy Workloads

In GCP you can deploy workloads on Sole Tenancy Nodes, typically large projects. We would want to optimize workloads running on sole tenancy nodes to achieve more savings. Currently, Turbo discovers those workloads without actions.

Keep Apptio Gov Help Up To Date with Commercial

The gov version of Apptio Help seems to not get updated as often as Commercial. According to gov help on 2/10/25 (https://help-gov.apptio.com/cloudability/whats-new.htm), the last update to Cloudability was on September 30, 2024.
