Customized landing pages based on Personas

I would need to have different landing pages (reports) customized to each Persona in Front Door. Thus, everyone would land on a set of reports tailored to their use cases.

Ability to display latest year/week on top of the drop down

As a Targetprocess user, I need the current Year/Week to appear at the top of the list so I can quickly apply a filter and view relevant records. At present, the most recent Year/Week appears at the bottom, which makes selection less efficient.
