The alerts priority in an AIOPs incident (hence the root cause) should change as there are more alerts received after the incidents has been created.

In practice, events may still come after the Incident has been created, and the priority has been assigned. The later alerts might be the root cause. So the Incidents prioritisation and root cause analysis should be triggered as there are more ale...

Add TopN Capacity widget using percentiles for Percentage-based metrics (interface utilization %, cpu %, etc.)

Allow for defining custom date and time formats. This should be globally or per tenant. Maybe have a few predefined formats to choose from. Maybe have ISO 8601 as the default. Let us choose the default time zone as UTC regardless of our local time zone. This should cover all places where a date and time is displayed - unless it came from an external source like in metadata. Maybe let a different format be chosen per widget if needed.

Having a consistent format across all tools would be very nice to have, so being able to define it in DI would help in that. Having everything default to UTC would be very nice since 100% of our reports are displayed in UTC and the SevOne cluster ...
