    CostAllocationRuleName to be added in Cloudabilty mapping for Datalink

    CostAllocationRuleName field should be added to the Cloudability mapping for the cldy_monthly_azure Datalink connector. This field is included in the Usage Details Amortized and Actual Exports which is scheduled daily.
