Ability to Add Account Groups to Filter Dropdown in Rightsizing

Currently the filters in Rightsizing contain some Cldy standard dimensions and then all tags and all business dimensions. It would be helpful to also include the Account Groups in the filter dropdown options.

When we are adding some data through quick add or some inside any entity, targetprocess should allow us to set the default planned startdate to "current date".
