Emoji options to comments

In Jira it's possible to add emoji response to an comment. It would be great if this option were available in Targetprocess. Even a thumbs up would suffice.

Dashboard Customization

Currently, Dashboard views allow you to drag and drop lists onto it.  If two are dropped on the same lane they will appear next to each other, however user would like to change the width instead of it being even.

Show stack trace on 1st call in a trace

Currently the customer is showing stack traces on 2nd call, but the first call in a trace doesn't contain stack trace. We need this functionality for analysis of the 1st call of the trace.
