Customizing Incident Titles: A user can edit a Incident title at anytime if required to better reflect the issue.

Functionality for user to be able against an Incident to modify the title as currently being based on the trigger alert this may not accurately represent the real Incident.

Currently you are unable to move an Incident from an Assigned state that has an allocated User group and an Owner back to an Unassigned state and resetting to blank User group and an Owner.

This helpful as they had a service that was idle for two months and it inadvertently started being used. It took a few days for it to be detected as anomalous behavior. Using a Month over Month time frame, might have triggered an alert earlier.
