Allow ability to not actually suspend hosts, but put them in a state where no VMs will be placed on them

The way that our infrastructure is set up does not respond kindly to host suspend/power off actions, but we want to be able to densify our current environment. We'd like the ability to enable "suspend host" such that we can operate efficiently on ...

Need an efficient feature, or path (e.g. API endpoint) to export Raw Flow data from SevOne for consumption over Kafka. SDB does this, but only for metrics. Attempts to use SevOne-act (as a way to work around the SDB limitation) result in long export times, would not scale, and would not be supported by IBM.

For SevOne customers using a Data Lake architecture, who want to store/process Raw Flow data, for downstream security or other analysis/anomaly detection would find this highly valuable.
