The Transformation maps should be in Persistent volume or there should be config maps to define transformation maps.

Currently, Cloud Native Watson AIOPS have no stable way to add wires, as custom transformation are deleted with WebGUI pod is restarted. There has be better way tom manage custom wire for user defined dashboards.

We want to be able to check if a device has a feature and then confirm it is configured correctly. If it does not have the feature, the compliance policy should not fail. There should be a rule "No Action" terminator for the compliance fule.
