Please implement a way to hide production subscriptions for cloud parking

In most situations, we don't want to park production subscriptions, so would like to hide these for the majority of users. For the infrequent times we want to park production, I would want to see this available for elevated-access users only.

Target Configuration Guide needs least privilege for Azure SQL

As a user I would like the least privileges required to configure an Azure SPN for managing Azure SQL Databases with Turbonomic, so that I can can avoid having to use built in roles and providing too many permissions.

Add support for MSSQL instances

Currently, any multi-tenant setup on SQL (aka SQL Instances) is not supported. The request is to add support - and the ideal solution would be to allow Turbo to enumerate all SQL instances via the SQL Server Browsing service.
