Pluggable Database costs are now available in the OCI CUR FIles, however, the costs are in a column named "attributed costs". Cloudability is not looking at this column and is missing the costs of Pluggable DBs.

API endpoint for User Management to allow customers to configure user profile characteristics such as auto-e-mails

Currently all users have summary e-mails enabled by default and only option is for all users to receive or all users not receive. Having a n API endpoint would allow us to programatically edit user profiles to provide a better user experience.
