Mouse over on link or device icon in ncp_gis [NetKitMapWidget.jsp] shows fixed data. Add Custom Fields

the columns in the event or topology list are fixed. All that can be altered is whether or not the current columns are displayed, you can't alter the filter to display other columns. So we need some facilitation or enabled to add user specific fields
