"Hi, Henning. Thank you for your time for INSTANA-I-1077. Before you close the request, we'd like you to let us clarify our purpose/background of the request. It might change your judgment on it.
The issue we're facing with is: "Our disk gets full because of Agent's retrying attachments repeatedly, and our system stops".
Our purpose of the request is to avoid the issue above.
If your judgement still doesn't change from "Not under consideration", would you let us know about it? It then will be a support case, and we'd like to consult with Instana Support, not on this platform."
