Keep Apptio Gov Help Up To Date with Commercial

The gov version of Apptio Help seems to not get updated as often as Commercial. According to gov help on 2/10/25 (https://help-gov.apptio.com/cloudability/whats-new.htm), the last update to Cloudability was on September 30, 2024.

Ability to Star Reports I Don't Own

I would like to be able to star an out of the box report without having to make a copy of it. This would be helpful in managing the list of reports and allow me to go to the Starred reports for the ones that I'm interested in.

Cloudability - Impersonate Access for Admins

Allow for more granular permissions around “impersonate” access at Cloudability level. Currently this type of access is at ApptioOne level and gives access to all modules, which exposes unnecessary accesses.

Users - Ability to download all fields and Delete

Ability to download list of Users along with additional fields (Role & Invitation, currently). Also need Admins to be able to remove. We have Users listed that left the company years ago and they are still listed.
