Report Deletion - Redirect

When in a Report and choosing the Delete option, after one Confirms, Cloudability opens up to page to Create Report, which makes no sense. It should take you back to Reports page (list of all remaining Reports).

Retain slicer selections when changing currency

Ability to have one role for Submit and one role for Edit. Currently they are combined

We often have delegation whereby the input users are not ultimately the submitters, and we don't want to accidently submit bulk plans where there is no authority to do so. A system control to prevent this, would be helpful for edit and submit duties.
