DI topology view missing the link information

To be able to use SNMP OIDs in Metadata

For example to have the serial number or software version of devices in SevOne. It would be good if this was based on device type. Each device type would then have its own snmp OID. The serial number would be requested during the discovery.

Detecting When Devices are Unvailable and Be Notified

For example: If a device is via SNMP and ICMP not available/reachable, then it is most likely down (severity: critical). Otherwise, it is still up (severity: error). So that I can better distinguish whether a device is actually down

SevOne only has single Severity option for Custom Polling Policy

Need to adjust Severity for different thresholds within a policy. Example: >=70 Major, >=85 Critical.
