Expand Cost Transparency Column Filtering Double Pipe Character

·    Who is the user or role? 

Anyone using CT to view data in a screen, wanting to use a double-pipe character in the column filter, as well as other column filters.  At current, no other column filters can be used at the same time that a column is filtered using double-pipe.

·    What is the user trying to accomplish? (think process not solution)

User wants ability to filter data, based on any number of conditions, without limiting what can be filtered when.

·    Why: What is the value it has for the user or your company?

Cost Transparency is currently limited filtering capability; need to extract to Excel, then can filter data.  This is arcane!

·    How will you assess that it is complete?

When a column filter can use the double-pipe character, at the same time that another column is filtered.
