Unit Driver Names Guardrail for uniqueness across project

Currently, there is functionality that warns and prevents users from naming Unit Drivers (Allocation Lines) from an object to other objects using the same name.  This functionality seems to work within a single object only.  However, there are unexpected consequences if allocations lines are named the same as another from another object.  Example- we created an object for Unallocated Costs- that was meant to collect all the fallout from every individual object.   We created an allocation from each object in the model and sent it to the Unallocated Cost Object- all with the same driver name-Unallocated Cost.   This caused issues with the Model Diagram and ability to run traces.

As a TBMA, I'd like a warning to appear when I attempt to name a unit driver/allocation line that is the same name as another allocation line that exists anywhere in the model.  Along with the warning it should prevent me from saving the name if it is the same as another within the model.  I will know this is complete if I receive a warning when I attempt to save an allocation line that has the same name as another allocation line in the model.
