Correlation-id based logging approach when provisioning infrastructure

New correlation-id should be created for each API call/request and should be carried forward to the subsequent internal calls to the other microservices.

All logs should be prefixed with the correlation-id (supported by many logging libraries)

In case of failure or error, correlation-id should be returned as part of the response.

Correlation-id than can be used to track down all the logs from all the microservices associated with the request.
