I created that idea in Cloudability MSP by mistake. We dont have those capabilities in Cloudability so i dont know anything about rules.
Is there a reason these cannot be executed as two separate rules (one for each Vendor)? The following examples would never apply to the same line item (since they are mutually exclusive) but would have the same outcome as your rule above
