Implementation/description how to connect the MCM Hub with K8 services via a secure gateway

I currently try to install MCM in one of our IBM internal data centres. In this, it is not allowed to spin up a VM which is visible from the internet. As we would like to create a demo cluster which supports all target clouds, this also includes the K8 services from Microsoft, Google or AWS. My current understanding is, that the MCM Hub needs to be reachable from the Internet to connect these public K8 services. I discussed this with Susi Huesing, Hao Liu and Chris Doan, but I didn't find an appropriate solution. To set this up, I have to use a secure connection, using a VPN (Cisco AnyConnect). I am very sure, that all clients will have the same requirements. So my question here is, how to configure the MCM Client container running in AKS, GKE, EKS etc. to connect via AnyConnect to the MCM Hub!?
