Upgrade to latest versions of NiFi on TNCP 1.4.6 and above

Problem statement:
When more than 1 Nifi pod is down they are not able to join the cluster and cluster becomes unstable.
Especially when Nifi-0 and Nifi-1 both restart at same time.
Looks like they are not able to elect leader and join that node.

This is a request from Verizon customer to Upgrade to latest versions of NiFi on TNCP 1.4.6 and above. There are instability seen in Nifi cluster frequently. This leads to issues in Production. Any planned or unplanned restart of Nifi cluster takes hours to complete. There along with the fix thats needed to make nifi stable, Verizon is also requesting to consider upgrading the current Nifi version present in TNCP 1.4.6 to the latest Nifi Version.
