full feature monitoring for real time MSK

There are differences between monitoring of self hosted kafka and AWS MSK. The MSK metrics are available in AWS but not in Instana and I woudl propse to show the PER TOPIC metrics from MSK in Instana they way we do for self hosted Kafka.

    For MSK Kafka the customer would require

    1. view to all topics

    2. count of messages [broken down per topic]

    3. amount of messages

    4. retention policy

    5. count of logged consumers

    6. list of topics [much the same as nr. 1 but in a different format]
