This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thanks Kathy for the details!
For the export functionality I would than suggest using our APIs, where you can get the list of users, query individual user details, as well as remove a user from a tenant:
https://instana.github.io/openapi/#tag/User
I will limit the scope of this idea to adding the last logged on date to the user detail page in the UI, which we also consider adding to the user list page to sort by eventually.
We have contractors and we need to export users in order to double check on whether or not we need to delete the account in Instana because the contractor was exported.
The need to see last login date makes sense and we'll look into the complexity of adding it to the user detail page.
However, can you please provide some context on how you would use an "export user data" functionality?
What is the process or task where this would be needed?
In the meantime, all user information is also available through the API if this is needed in an automated flow.
