Publish version history for instana agent and k8sensor

When upgrading to a new version of the static instana agent we have no idea what changes there actually are in the new version. We would like to know what we're getting ourselves into, and to be able to chose whether to upgrade or not. Additionally, for the k8sensor no human readable versions are even available - the tags are simply git commit id's which probably make sense to IBM internally, but not to us as customers. I also might add I find zero documentation on the k8sensor on the IBM site. Recently a redeployment of the instana agent led to an accidental upgrade of the k8sensor (because "tag: latest" pulled in the latest version), which simply made our setup break and fail miserably.
