Control Access to IBM Cloud Database Metrics Based on User Permissions

[Background]

The customer is developing systems on IBM Cloud and is using numerous instances of "IBM Cloud Databases for PostgreSQL" and "IBM Cloud Databases for Redis."

The customer's team is large, and they are controlling access to metrics through user permission settings in the Instana tenant.

However, IBM Cloud Databases do not support this type of control.

According to the case, this is a specification.
