good to explore multitenancy but it has side impact as well. like data security, compliance risks and tenant level customization and single point of failure etc. with current systems as VPC based, so License part much different, only reduced the foundational services footprint which Introduced new risks on Data security / Privacy and Performances issues part of multi-tenant option. as service provider, you should have a AIOops specific customers with specific target on OCP , OCP/Non OCP deployment Solution. can't take larger foot print and support all clients under shared services. do consider for legal limitations as well
LG CNS is managed service Provider so each customer Infra need to isolated and specific AIOps is good and with in customer's zone, you can create small zone's of OCP along with AIOps. only your VPC may vary but that is more isolated and good for Data security and Privacy / avoidance of single point of failures with risk governances point of view.
