APM ISM performance issue

When an APM ISM agent (on the Linux platform) has a large number of active profile elements (200, 300. etc.), after restarting the ISM agent, profile deployment, or any change of profile elements, the ISM agent takes a long time (2-3 hours) to continue working fine.  In that period missing data on APMUI from this agent. This behavior affects all users who have a large number of active profile elements on one ISM agent. This is a step back from ITM ISM, where such changes are loaded simply and quickly. It is necessary to improve the performance of this product to reduce the mentioned time and to make the changes to be loaded quickly.
