Control Flow Guard (CFG) not enabled.

As per Application security recommendation , It is recommended resolve below mentioned appsec in SCAPM application:

Vulnerability Description in Detail:
It was observed that the thick client application, "IBM SCAPM - Tivoli Enterprise Portal ", does not have Control Flow Guard (CFG) enabled. Control Flow Guard is a security feature which helps protect applications against memory corruption vulnerabilities by restricting where an application can execute code from to help circumvent against attacks like buffer overflow. 


Recommendation:
Enable Control Flow Guard during code compilation.

    We have no plan to move beyond Visual Studio 2015. The request is not necessary without future release of Visual Studio .

    This seems like a security query. This is not a new idea. However, @harriet will review once to determine the details and come back next week.
