This can usually be accomplished today using the SNMP OID browser, but you have to arrive there from the "Object Type Manager" located at Administration->Monitoring Configuration->Object Types. Select the wrench and click this button on the dialog to arrive at the OID browser in the correct context.
Now when you browse the trees, you'll have access to the "Select OID" button which will take you directly to a defined object type for that OID if it exists.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi Matt/Ryan, Just required to check if OID's are certified and for which object types so we can take up if object type not present with KPI and if device need to recertify . hence we are just looking for Oid's certified in anyway against object types and indicators. It would be great if suggestion taken.
In addition to Matt's question, can you describe the business value of exporting the OIDs?
Hi there, can you provide a little more detail about what aspects of the objects you'd like to export? Are you looking for just the types or do you need to know about the individual objects being monitored? If you have an ideal format in mind, please share that too. Thanks!
